APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP

Please use the form below to apply for Membership in The Marine Embassy Guard Association. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you attach a vetting document to help expedite the process. A DD-214 that shows the award of the MSG Ribbon or CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD (1070) [usually found in your SRB and/or career documents] is best and will ensure quick vetting and approval. All applications will be reviewed by a member of our Membership Committee, and you will be contacted within 24 hours if any follow up information or an interview is required.

Once you are vetted by our Membership Committee, you will be allowed to pay your dues and will fill out the COMPLETE Membership Application. New member fees are as follows:
