MEGA expresses deep thanks to outgoing Chairman Bob Lighty, Treasurer Kevin Hermening and Director Fred Samarelli for their leadership contributions to MEGA over the past three years. We would also like to thank Stephen Shuga for running for a Director position and expressing an interest in assisting the Board as a volunteer going forward.
As Marines, we know leadership is essential. We all came from multiple eras of volunteerism, and that model continues. MEGA is looking for volunteers to help administer the association. The only prerequisite is a willingness to serve. Serving on MEGA’s board or committees, we hope, will be a consideration, as we have lots of work to do to build and evolve our organization to better serve our members.
For more information about our Board of Directors and to see our full roster, please visit Our Leadership page. If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to anyone on the Board.
